Class Descriptions: Stretch, Flex and Balance with Sally -(Mon & Weds 7:30-8:15 AM) & Nancy (Fri ): This gentle easy to follow class with get you stronger, more flexible and better balanced. Intervals & Total Body Tone with Lori (Weds & Fri 8:30-9:30 (Thur 9:00-10:00 AM) : This class will tone your entire body as you go through an awesome and safe workout that challenges all fitness levels. We will use various equipment to keep it fresh and fun! Weds interval will add cardio to the work-out. Tai Chi with Jim (Tues 10:30-noon) Scott, (Thur 5:30-6:30 PM ) Practice session Fri 10:30 AM: Learn this ancient form of movement to relieve tension and stress. Great for all! Yoga-Core with Sally & Rebecca - (Mon, Weds & Fri 9:30-10:30): This great class combines the elements of Yoga and Pilates to tone and shape your body especially the abs, back and butt. It ends with great guided relaxation. Pump & Spin with Lori N- (Tues 8:30-10:00AM ) : This high energy class features a mix of spinning with full body toning. Gentle Yoga Stretch with Lucia - (Tues & Thurs & 9:30-10:30 AM): Incorporating principles of both Hatha Yoga and stretching exercises, this class is designed for relaxation of the mind and body. Yoga means "to yoke" and this class joins the mind, body and spirit as one. Although some of the poses can be challenging, emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone" Silver& Fit II with JillMon 11:15, & Fri 11:00AM with Lori Weds 11:00 AM )- This trademarked class is designed to focus on and increase flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Abs With Mary B (Mon & Wed 10:30-11:00 AM) and Jill (Thurs 6:00 am & Sat 8:00 am) and Scott (4:00 PM Thurs)- Focus is on the entire core.. Youll be burning! Intense Core With Tina (Fri 10:30-11:00 AM) - Pilates based amazing and challenging core work-out. Come from Cycle or come warmed up ready to work. Cardio Combo with Scott (Mon. 7:30 PM, Tues 4:30 PM, Weds 5:30 PM and Fri 4:30 Pm): 30 minutes of Spin, 20 of Step and 10 Core will work you out!! H.I. Intervals with Sally(Mon & Weds 4:30-5:30 ): .This incredible fat burning H. I. Or High Intensity intervals class is are made up of segments which alternate simple yet challenging strength moves with heart pumping cardio blasts and short recovery periods. Designed to accommodate all fitness levels Stretch Class with Scott - (Mon. & Weds 4:45 - 5:30 PM, Weds 10:30 AM & Thurs 10:15-11:00 AM): This class in the Mind/Body Studio is a great way to unwind after a tough day and to increase your flexibility in the process. Define Yourself with Mary B -Tues & Thurs 5:30PM : A great sculpting class to work all the major muscles. Easy to follow format. Mat/Ball/Tube Pilates with Denise Hart(Mon 5:306:30 PM) ) and Tina (Weds 7:00-7:45 PM). They will lead you through an easy to follow total body conditioning program that will work the entire body with a focus on the core. Zumba (Mon, Tue, Weds & Thur 6:30-7:30 PM. Mon 10:15 AM Thurs 10:00 AM & Sat 11:00 AM) : This Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party will move you toward joy and health! The blend of red-hot international music and contagious steps are downright addictive; before you know it, youre getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! Yoga with Deb and Selena (Tue. & Thur 6:30 - 7:30PM ) : They will lead you through a flowing yoga workout thats for everyone. Its an awesome way to end your day or start your week-end!! Boot Camp with Evan and Kara (Sat 9:00 am) and Alberto (Fri 9:30): This great and easy to follow but intense workout will get you from head to toe! Youll burn far and tone muscle doing basic calisthenics type movement to work your heart and muscles. 50/50 with Mary B (Sat 10:00 AM): 1/2 an hour of Spin and 1/2 hour total body strength. * Hot Yoga Various Times, formats and Instructors: Yoga moves done in a heated room to really stretch and sweat. Bring water and a mat! There is a $1 fee for this class. Revmaster Cycle ClassesVarious Times and Instructors: An awesome group cycling class that will give you a great cardio work-out.
