Class Descriptions:
Step & Step Interval with Judy - ( Mon & Weds) . 5:30 - 6:30 AM): This is a step aerobic class interspersed with various resistance strength training exercises giving everyone a full body work out! We finish up with a great stretch. Stretch, Flex and Balance with Sally -(Mon & Weds 7:30-8:15 AM) & Nancy (Fri ): This gentle easy to follow class with get you stronger, more flexible and better balanced. Total Body Tone with Sally(Mon 8:30 -9:30) : This class will tone your entire body as you go through an awesome and safe workout that challenges all fitness levels. We will use various equipment to keep it fresh and fun! Tai Chi with Jim (Tues 10:15-11:15 AM) Scott, & Tom (Thur 5:30-6:30 PM & Fri 9:30-10:30): Learn this ancient form of movement to relieve tension and stress. Great for all! Yoga-Core with Sally & Deb - (Mon, Weds & Fri 9:30-10:30): This great class combines the elements of Yoga and Pilates to tone and shape your body especially the abs, back and butt. It ends with great guided relaxation. Pump & Spin with Lori N- (Tues 8:30-10:00AM : This high energy class features a mix of spinning with full body toning. Gentle Yoga Stretch with Lucia - (Tues & Thurs & 9:30-10:30 AM): Incorporating principles of both Hatha Yoga and stretching exercises, this class is designed for relaxation of the mind and body. Yoga means "to yoke" and this class joins the mind, body and spirit as one. Although some of the poses can be challenging, emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone" Silver & Fit II with DebMon & Fri 11:0011:45 AM)- This class is designed to focus on and increase flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Abs With Mary B (Mon & Wed 10:30-11:00 AM) - Focus is on the entire core.. Youll be burning! Abs with Jill - (Sat. 8:00 AM & Mon 6:30-7:00 PM) )and with Scott (4:00-4:30 Thur)This class will get your belly burning with this workout. Focus is on strenghtening your abs,core and low back. Simply Stretch and Guided Meditation with Cathy- (Mon. 4:00-4:30): This class is a great way to unwind after a tough day and to increase your flexibility in the process. Step, Blasts & Abs with Christine(Mon 4:30-5:30 ): Alternate moderate intensity step combos with more challenging cardio blast segments. Designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Class ends with a challenging ab work-out and deep stretch Intervals, Strength and Core with Christine(Weds 4:30-5:30 ): Cardio intervals are made up of 3 segments which alternate simple yet challenging moves with heart pumping leg blasts and short recovery periods. Designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Class ends with a challenging ab work-out focusing on core training and deep stretch Step Class with Scott - ( Thurs 4:30-5:30 PM) : This class has an extended warm up and a simplified step programming. Scott and Mary Bs motivating teaching style is guaranteed to give you a great work out! The last 15 minutes of class is devoted to working glutes and strengthening other body parts. Stretch Class with Scott - (Mon. & Weds 4:45 - 5:30 PM, Weds 10:30 AM & Thurs 10:15-11:00 AM): This class in the Mind/Body Studio is a great way to unwind after a tough day and to increase your flexibility in the process. Define Yourself with Mary B -Tues & Thurs 5:30PM & Weds & Fri 8:30 AM, : A great sculpting class to work all the major muscles. Easy to follow format. 1/2 & 1/2 with Kara (Mon & Weds5:30-6:30M Thurs 9:00-10:00 AM): You will get 1/2 an hour of cardio and 1/2 an hour of strength training on your way to a fun total body work out!! Mat/Ball/Tube Pilates with Denise Hart(Mon 5:30 6:30 PM) ) and Tina (Weds 6:30-7:15 PM. They will lead you through an easy to follow total body conditioning program that will work the entire body with a focus on the core. Zumba (Mon, Tue & Thur 6:30-7:30 PM. Sat 11:00 AM) : This is really exercise in disguise. You will move to great Latin music while getting a great cardio workout while having a blast!! Yoga with Deb and Selena (Tue. & Thu 6:30 - 7:30PM ) : They will lead you through a flowing yoga workout thats for everyone. Its an awesome way to end your day or start your week-end!! * Hot Yoga Various Times, formats and Instructors: Yoga moves done in a heated room to really stretch and sweat. Bring water and a mat! There is a $1 fee for this class. Revmaster Cycle ClassesVarious Times and Instructors: An awesome group cycling class that will give you a great cardio work-out. **** Heart Zone Cycleheart rate monitors recommended for this class. Boot Camp with Evan and Kara (Sat 9:00 am): This great and easy to follow but intense workout will get you from head to toe! Youll burn far and tone muscle doing basic calisthenics type movement to work your heart and muscles. 50/50 with Mary B (Sat 10:00 AM): 1/2 an hour of Spin and 1/2 hour total body strength. **Karate Tues and Thurs-7:30-9:00 PM and an open class Sat 11:00-noon. There is a separate fee for these classes.
