Senior Class Descriptions:

Stretch, Flex and Balance with Sally -(Mon & Weds 7:30-8:15 AM): This gentle easy to follow class with get you stronger, more flexible and better balanced.

Tai Chi with JimTom & Scott (Tues 10:15-11:15 AM) and with Tom (Fri 9:30-10:30 AM): Learn this ancient form of movement to relieve tension and stress. Great for all!

Gentle Yoga Stretch with Lucia - (Tues & Thurs & 9:30-10:30 AM): Incorporating principles of both Hatha Yoga and stretching exercises, this class is designed for relaxation of the mind and body. Yoga means "to yoke" and this class joins the mind, body and spirit as one. Although some of the poses can be challenging, emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone"

Silver & Fit II with Deb—(Mon & Fri 11:00-11:45 AM)- designed for moderately active older adults with some exercise experience. Class is designed to focus on and increase flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Simple Stretch and Guided Meditation-(Mon 4:00-4:30 PM): For 30 minutes you’ll stretch your entire body and then spend 15 minutes in guided relaxation and meditation.

Stretch Class with Scott - (Mon. & Weds 4:45 - 5:30 PM & Weds 10:30 AM): This class in the Mind/Body Studio is a great way to unwind after a tough day and to increase your flexibility in the process.

Beginner Cycle with Scott Mon & Weds 7:15 –8:00 PM): 30 minutes of great cardio and fun!!
